NeuroConstruct Terms of Use

1. The Services are intended to provide various applications and related information, including support for professional certification exam study, reference libraries of laws, notifications, and official instructional materials, weather and spatial information, field map utilities such as topographic map viewing, geodetic measurement, and track recording, and organization of everyday digital data.
2. Content made available on the Website is, in principle, provided entirely free of charge.
3. The Operator does not display display, video, reward, or similar programmatic advertising from third-party ad networks on the Website. The Services are designed with consideration for user experience and clarity of use by educational institutions and businesses. This policy applies to the Website only; for advertising in iOS applications, see Article 2, paragraph 5. If this policy changes, these Terms and the Privacy Policy will be revised and notice will be given within the Services.
4. iOS applications provided by the Operator may include free features as well as paid add-on features or content (the "Paid Services").
5. On the free plan of some iOS applications we provide (for example, the photo organization app "Sakusaku Photo Organizer"), third-party advertising (including display, video, rewarded, and interstitial ads) from ad providers such as Google AdMob may be shown. If you purchase Paid Services (such as Pro), ads are generally not shown in that app. How ad-related data is handled is as stated in the Privacy Policy. Watching rewarded ads is voluntary; you may continue using the app through basic features or by purchasing Paid Services without watching ads. Permission for tracking through OS features such as App Tracking Transparency (ATT) is optional. Even if you do not grant permission, you may use core features within the scope defined by each app.
6. Some iOS applications we provide (for example, the field map app "TOPOGRAF" and the electrical-code reference app "Dengi Kaishaku") use data or documents published by the Geospatial Information Authority of Japan, the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry, or other public bodies, but they are not official or approved apps of those bodies. Inquiries about the Services must be sent to the developer contact stated in these Terms and the Privacy Policy, not to those public bodies.

1. Paid Services may include non-consumable one-time purchases and auto-renewing subscriptions.
2. Payment for Paid Services is processed through Apple Inc.'s In-App Purchase system and charged to your Apple ID.
3. Auto-renewal of subscriptions: Unless you cancel (turn off auto-renewal) at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, your subscription will automatically renew for the same period at the same price and you will be charged.
4. How to cancel a subscription: Cancellation and management of subscriptions must be done in your Apple ID account settings within the "Settings" app on your iOS device. Uninstalling the app from your device does not cancel the subscription.
5. Because of the nature of digital content, the Operator does not accept cancellations after purchase or provide refunds directly. Refunds and related procedures are subject to Apple Inc.'s rules.
6. The scope of Paid Services (including available features, usage limits, and removal of ads) follows what is shown on each app's store page, in-app displays, and purchase screens. We may change the content of Paid Services as we improve each app. Material changes will be communicated by revising these Terms and the Privacy Policy and/or through in-app notice.
7. The scope of features available free of charge and those included in Paid Services follows each app's store page and in-app displays.
8. Even after a subscription period ends or eligibility for Paid Services other than a one-time purchase lapses, data the app has saved on the device may remain viewable and exportable within the scope defined by that app. The Operator will not make saved data unreadable solely because paid access has ended.
9. A one-time (non-consumable) Paid Service covers the features available in the app at the time of purchase and does not guarantee future feature additions.

1. Copyright and other intellectual property rights in text, images, software, designs, and other materials included in the Services (the "Content") belong to the Operator or legitimate rights holders. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or otherwise use the Content beyond the scope of personal, non- commercial use without authorization.
2. Notwithstanding the foregoing, copyright in the text and figures of past examination questions published in study-related Services belongs to the respective examination bodies or other legitimate rights holders.
3. The statutory text of laws and notifications published in the Services (including the Ministerial Ordinance Establishing Technical Standards for Electrical Equipment and the Interpretation of Technical Standards for Electrical Equipment) is not subject to copyright under Article 13 of Japan's Copyright Act. However, headings, divisions, indexes, cross-references between provisions, mappings to examination questions, layout, and explanations added by the Operator are the Operator's editorial works and fall under paragraph 1.
4. Official instructional materials, official commentaries, figures, and other works published by administrative agencies that appear in the Services are used within the scope permitted by each agency's terms of use (such as the Government of Japan Standard Terms of Use 2.0). Sources are indicated on each page. Structuring, excerpts, image format conversion, cropping, or other editing or processing may have been applied for publication; the Operator is responsible for the content of such edited or processed portions, which were not created by the respective administrative agencies.
5. Rights in GSI Tiles, elevation tiles, aerial photographs, and other map data displayed in field map apps (including TOPOGRAF) belong to the Geospatial Information Authority of Japan and to the rights holders identified in each tile's attribution. Some tiles include sources such as the Japan Coast Guard, USGS, NASA, and GEBCO. The app redisplays this data and uses it for on-device calculation within each rights holder's terms. Follow on-screen attribution. Overlays such as tracks, points, grids, and measuring instruments are added by the Operator and are not maps created by the Geospatial Information Authority of Japan.
6. Rights in tracks, points, measurement results, imported files, and exported files that you save on the device in field map apps and similar products belong to you. The Operator does not take custody of this data and does not store it on our servers.

When using the Services, you must not:

1. Impose excessive load on servers or networks, including map-tile providers used by the Services, or extract data by scraping or similar means;
2. Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any application that is part of the Services;
3. Infringe the intellectual property rights, reputation, privacy, or other rights of the Operator or any third party;
4. Represent the Operator's applications as official or approved apps of the Geospatial Information Authority of Japan or any other public body;
5. Violate laws or public order and morals; or
6. Engage in any other conduct the Operator deems inappropriate.

1. The Operator does not warrant the accuracy, currency, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose of the Services (including, without limitation, past-exam explanations, the text of laws, notifications, and instructional materials, the status of editions and amendments reflected therein, mappings between statutory provisions and examination questions, weather data, and location information). While explanations may be prepared with the assistance of generative AI and review by qualified persons, you are solely responsible for final verification and decisions.
2. Information in the Services concerning laws, notifications, instructional materials, and the like is reference information for study and research, and does not constitute legal advice or a basis for administrative procedures. Final confirmation—including whether flight is permitted, whether permits or approvals are required, the scope of examination coverage, and the correctness of mappings between provisions and questions—rests with materials published by the competent authorities or examination bodies and with your own judgment; the Operator assumes no liability whatsoever. Mappings between statutory provisions and examination questions are created independently by the Operator and are not the examination rationale published by examination bodies.
3. Weather information, GPS or other location information, and distance, area, profile, cut-and-fill, coordinate, elevation, and other values displayed in field map apps (including TOPOGRAF) are provided for reference only. The Operator assumes no liability for use in decisions affecting life or property, boundary determination, land registration, legal judgment, final disaster- prevention decisions, or as official survey results.
4. Values in field map apps (including TOPOGRAF) are reference figures based on published formulas and published tiles. GPS positioning error and digital elevation model (DEM) accuracy remain. Missing values are shown as blank and are not replaced with zero. Cut-and-fill is an estimate from Geospatial Information Authority of Japan DEMs.
5. Field map apps are not official or approved apps of the Geospatial Information Authority of Japan, which does not warrant their behavior or displayed content. Tiles may become unavailable due to publication stoppage, URL changes, or overload; the Operator assumes no liability for this. For important surveying, disaster-prevention, or professional decisions, confirm official information from the Geospatial Information Authority of Japan or other publishers directly.
6. You must not send inquiries about the Services to the Geospatial Information Authority of Japan, the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry, or other public bodies. Those bodies are not responsible for providing, maintaining, or answering questions about the Services.
7. The Operator does not guarantee that you will pass any certification exam by using the Services.
8. The Operator assumes no liability for loss or corruption of data on your device (including photos, files, tracks, measurement results, and offline maps) in connection with use of the applications. You are responsible for backing up your data. When you delete photos in a photo organization app, the operation takes place in the system photo library, and final confirmation of deletion is handled by you and the OS. The Operator is not liable for data loss caused by user error, device failure, or defects in the OS, iCloud, or other external services.
9. The Operator does not warrant and assumes no liability for the content, links, quality, accuracy, or legality of third-party ads shown on the free plan. If you access a third party's website, app, product, or service through an ad, any transaction or use with that third party is at your sole responsibility.
10. The Operator assumes no liability for any damages arising from your use or inability to use the Services (including temporary suspension for maintenance or failures). The Services are provided "as is."
11. The Services are not provided or endorsed by Apple Inc.

The Operator may change or add to the content of the Services, or suspend or terminate the Services, without prior notice to you.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Japan. Any dispute relating to the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Kagoshima District Court in the first instance.
