NeuroConstruct Terms of Use

1. The Services are intended to provide various applications and related information, including support for professional certification exam study, weather and spatial information, field utilities, and organization of everyday digital data.
2. Content made available on the Website is, in principle, provided entirely free of charge.
3. The Operator does not display display, video, reward, or similar programmatic advertising from third-party ad networks on the Website. The Services are designed with consideration for user experience and clarity of use by educational institutions and businesses. If this policy changes, these Terms and the Privacy Policy will be revised and notice will be given within the Services.
4. iOS applications provided by the Operator may include free features as well as paid add-on features or content (the "Paid Services").

1. Paid Services may include non-consumable one-time purchases and auto-renewing subscriptions.
2. Payment for Paid Services is processed through Apple Inc.'s In-App Purchase system and charged to your Apple ID.
3. Auto-renewal of subscriptions: Unless you cancel (turn off auto-renewal) at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, your subscription will automatically renew for the same period at the same price and you will be charged.
4. How to cancel a subscription: Cancellation and management of subscriptions must be done in your Apple ID account settings within the "Settings" app on your iOS device. Uninstalling the app from your device does not cancel the subscription.
5. Because of the nature of digital content, the Operator does not accept cancellations after purchase or provide refunds directly. Refunds and related procedures are subject to Apple Inc.'s rules.

1. Copyright and other intellectual property rights in text, images, software, designs, and other materials included in the Services (the "Content") belong to the Operator or legitimate rights holders. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or otherwise use the Content beyond the scope of personal, non- commercial use without authorization.
2. Notwithstanding the foregoing, copyright in the text and figures of past examination questions published in study-related Services belongs to the respective examination bodies or other legitimate rights holders.

When using the Services, you must not:

1. Impose excessive load on servers or networks, or extract data by scraping or similar means;
2. Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any application that is part of the Services;
3. Infringe the intellectual property rights, reputation, privacy, or other rights of the Operator or any third party;
4. Violate laws or public order and morals; or
5. Engage in any other conduct the Operator deems inappropriate.

1. The Operator does not warrant the accuracy, currency, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose of the Services (including, without limitation, past-exam explanations, weather data, and location information). While explanations may be prepared with the assistance of generative AI and review by qualified persons, you are solely responsible for final verification and decisions.
2. Weather and GPS or other location information are provided for reference only. The Operator assumes no liability for use in decisions affecting life or property or for surveying or other uses requiring extremely high precision.
3. The Operator does not guarantee that you will pass any certification exam by using the Services.
4. The Operator assumes no liability for loss or corruption of data on your device (including photos and files) in connection with use of the applications. You are responsible for backing up your data.
5. The Operator assumes no liability for any damages arising from your use or inability to use the Services (including temporary suspension for maintenance or failures). The Services are provided "as is."
6. The Services are not provided or endorsed by Apple Inc.

The Operator may change or add to the content of the Services, or suspend or terminate the Services, without prior notice to you.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Japan. Any dispute relating to the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Kagoshima District Court in the first instance.
